Riplet is a document editor that treats spreadsheet formulas as a first-class citizen.

You can write a paragraph, drop in a table, reference a cell from three docs away, and the numbers just work. No separate spreadsheet file. No context switching.

Why we built it

Most finance tools force you into one shape — a ledger, a budgeting app, a spreadsheet. But personal finance is narrative: why this expense, what changed since last month, how you felt about the tradeoff. The numbers only make sense inside the story.

Riplet lets you keep both in the same document.

How it works

• Local-first. Your documents live in your browser. No servers, no accounts, no sync you didn’t ask for.
• Formulas inline. SUM, AVERAGE, cross-table references — the basics, done well.
• Works offline. Once the page loads, you don’t need the internet.
